    Can someone give me a general "who's who" for king Lear?
    I know the story but can never remember who did what, eg who blinded Gloucester, who's house Lear went to first etc..

    Any help appreciated cause iv my mock tomorrow and don't have time to trail through my notes again!

    I always get confused between which sister is married to which man.

    I just think
    Attorney General, Roman Catholic
    (Albany Goneril, Regan Cornwall)

    Nice but watch this simple one:

    Gon er il - 3 syllables= Al ba ny - 3 syllables

    Re gan - 2 syllables= Corn wall - 2 syllables

    gets it??

    That seems overly complicated, I find it much simpler to just...remember them!

    You could always try: Goneril & Albany / Regan & Cornwall - it's called learning...people used to do it in the 70s

    Edgar --> Good

    Remember Edgar has a 'g' so he is therefore good :p
