    ok so after too long wasting time in the gym i've decided to start starting strength. today was my first day.

    Squats:
    1x15 olympic bar
    1x10 30kg
    1x8 40kg
    1x2-60kg
    3x5-50kg

    dumbell press(i'lll move to barbell when i outstrength them)
    1x10-22kg
    1x epic fail 30kg
    3x5-26kg

    deadlift:
    1x8-30kg
    3x5-50kg

    dips
    2x8

    ok so i suck but things can only get better. im putting this here becoz it will help motivate me.:)
