At the moment I have the free texts to other Meteor customers deal, on a Pay As You Go phone. Is it possible to get free texts to all networks?

yes but then you loose your free calls to meteor, to opt in for free texts to all networks text "any text" to 50104. Wait to get a text back before you put in your next 20 euro.
Also check out 3's best of both 25 sim only deal, there's giving 25% off at the moment so around 21 euro a month gets you free texts to all networks and 100 minutes to call any network, 100 free mnutes to anyone on 3 and also you minutes can be used for data if your more of a texter.
