Need valuation Report - Cork city

    I'm switching mortgages to AIB, and they need a valuation report. Anyone know of where I can get this done for a reasonable price ?

    Usually for this purpose, valuation reports are done by estate agents. The valuation they are looking for is market value rather than anything to do with construction.

    Should cost in the region of E100.

    Denis Barrett in South Mall is good and should be reasonable. I am not affiliated in any way, just heard he was decent enough.
