Hi all,

A friend is having major issues with Digiweb's satellite service - having to reboot his modem (which was conveniently placed in his attic) a number of times a day!

Digiweb refuse to send out an engineer or even replace his modem - just threaten to cut him off for non-payment. Hasn't been right since day 1. And Digiweb's tech support is poor to say the least!

Anybody on here have Digiweb's satellite service??
