    Some wet flakes mixed in here in d11. Getting there slowly.

    Usually mean its very wet, borderline snow. Snowflakes are usually biggest when it has turned from rain, or turning to rain.
    Does that mean it wont hang around for long

    They were the biggest flakes I've ever seen, nice quiet plip plop as they fell on the car. 1cm covering now, starting to ease off.

    after a hour of sleet it looks a bit more snowy now,not sticking
    amazing that its snowing in dunshaughlin,navan and kells,but sleet here :eek:
    trim's 09/10 winter snowshield is well and truly working :(

    BIG but 'heavy' flakes in d15 - fall straight to the ground. It's not 'dry' stuff that dances around. Do not think it'll be sticking here...

    This thing is gonna spin abit as it exits with the bottom section moving out to sea.

    HOLY S##T!!!!!!
    bucketing down snow,bucketing the BIGGEST flakes ive ever seen
    there at least 1cm in width
    about a cm in 5 minutes!!!!!!
