Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I have just completed a STOTT pilates course.. I need to get help on Posture anylisis as this (supprisingly enough) was a very small part of the course. Any idea where i can get HANDS ON help rather than books.. Or would a functional screening course help.. If so.. Any idea when they are on or where?

Can't help with a course on it, but I'm pretty close to ordering assess and correct and magnificent mobility by mike robertson and eric cressey. Two of the top guys in functional training in the US.

Will let you know what I think of it, if you're interested.

just work with a trainer in your area for a few days and they can help you indentify issues much quicker as it really comes down to working with a ton of clients for a few years

Totally agree, however I need to sit an exam in 2 months. I have no problem assessing TRILLIONS of ppl but I need some help to find out for the first few (20 or so) am I doing it right. I can identify what I think is correct but i dont want to be wrongly anylising someone. What you think about calling a physio therapist to see if I could shadow.. Would this be too invasive or???
