Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Searching for video files in cache

My PC is running Vista. I'm having difficulty finding .flv files from flash videos that I've viewed on various sites using IE. I can find some .flv files but not others. I am using Vista advanced search, am including system, hidden and non indexed files and am searching "my computer" Have tried a few approaches eg searching for all files modified on a certain date. Or searching for *.flv.

I know the files are somewhere on my PC because if I view a video, let it finish, leave my browser window open then unplug my broadband connection, I can replay the video.

    Any ideas?

Use firefox web browser and "Video Download Helper" extension, this will enable you to download flvs easily :)
