    How much is a pint in The George?.

    4.40 for guinness in the bar, dearer in the cabaret section.


    Peadar Kearney's on Dame St. is cheapest around there. 3.50 all pints until 7p.m.

    That's what I was thinking. Globe is the same price, as is Hogan's (maybe 10c cheaper, Long Hall is eh...4.60 (maybe a little less), Shebin Chic is about 4.50. No great shakes in prices really.

    Yeah often. The owners a old country chap, his wife's Thai and there's a Lithuanian mother, daughter and son that run operate the bar and kitchen.

    It is considering that the mother is about 5'6" and the siblings are about 8 foot tall:pac:.

    They're very nice people too, they've got a bit on their plate in there what with some of the regulars but they handle it all in a good spirited casual manner.
