Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

not only have i to deal with pot holes.now also its
some off road/on road.i know they work hard.the
part of the road i mentioned.if a biker didn't see it
in time.there could of been an accident.as these
    roads are unlit.

what is the law regarding farmers who leave a public road
in a dangerous muddy state.or how does the council deal
with this.i drive from batters town to athboy.a couple of
hundred yards from the warrenstown arms pub.a farmer had
turned the road into a dangerous state.as i drive a motor
cycle.this is an accident waiting to happen.the only course
is to hold meath county council liable.for any injury/damage
caused.as my fellow bikers would agree.this should be dealt
with by fines and penalty points.because they are causing an
direct danger to other road users.tractor wheels should be
power washed before been allowed to travel on public roads.

Consider contacting the litter warden for the area.

I imagine some mud has to be expected on country roads, but you seem to suggest it is much worse than this.

fair play to you for contacting them. Can I be a cow and say that maybe you should review the punctuation?

I wrote it in a hurry and anger.Something you would see on a building site.Only
for i was in a hurry.I would of stopped and took a picture on my camera phone.
Same thing every spring and autumn.Pot hole dodging as well to contend with.
And here`s one for the books.I had loose a cow running in front of me one morning
side leaping left an right.I seen it all.

saw the spot you're talking about the other day Ned - a poor state of affairs alright; in places the mud was deposited in ridges several inches deep. Are you sure it was a farming related thing? Thought I saw large truck (like stone or gravel job) turning into entrance through my rear-view mirror. Unacceptable either way though

It looked liked it had came out.I could see the trail lessing as it go further
away from the entrance.Batterstown direction.I heard, think it was in cavan.
Car owners were invoicing the county council for damages caused to their
    cars because of pot holes.
