Could you confirm that both of the above have Freesat and MPEG 4 for Ireland?

many thanks for the post & apologies for the delay getting back to you.

The 9664 & the 9704 are both MPEG4 but neither of them has Freesat - to get Freesat you would have to add on a Humax Freesat HD box or similiar.

We do a boards special from The Philips Shop on both of these models exclusively for Boardies offering a 10% discount from The Philips Shop:


So:
42PFL9664 should retail at €1799.99 but with your Boardie discount you can have it at just €1619.90

40PFL9704 should retail at €1999.99 but with your Boardie discount you can have it at just €1799.90

47PFL9664:cool: should retail at €1999.99 but with your Boardie discount you can have it at just €1799.90

46PFL9704 :cool::cool::cool::cool: should retail at €2699.99 but with your Boardie discount you can have it at just €2429.90.

We have pretty much all of these available from stock at the moment (the 46PFL9704 is tight) and remember if you do see them cheaper anywhere else we will beat ANY cheaper price in Ireland.

Sadly these brilliant TV's are now discontinued. We sold our last one a while ago. We do still have the 46PFL9704 in stock but for a 40" of that quality it'll have to be a wait untill our new 9000 series TV's arrive in.

as per Nicola - the 40" is now a completely finished line (unfortunately :mad:) - would you be interested in a seriously spanking deal on an (slighty) ex demo 46" 9704 with a full 4 year warranty??
