Well the canteen where I work seems to have trouble cooking eggs. It appears they can only cook them once per hour. Perhaps they have some chickens out the back and are waiting for them to lay the eggs???

So, I'm just happy to get eggs of some description, and don't really care how they are cooked.

Scrambled, poached or fried (but only fried if done RIGHT...) on toast. Gotta have a little salt and plenty of freshly ground black pepper. Egg white MUST NOT be runny,yuk.
