Hi in the last few days i have been diagnosed with ulccerative colitis. (after about 3 months of agony and 3 stone weight loss) I have been started on Salazopyrin & Flagyl. Anyony know how effective these meds are as not noticing any great difference so far. Also i have been vomiting/dry heaving for about the last week.…

I have had 3 meetings with the specialist and the weight loss has came up each time but he has not reccomended anything. I have no appetitie to eat anything, anyone any suggestions on this
