A 'Good' News Boiler Story

    Just thought I'd share this as its rare customer service comes up trumps !

    A couple of years ago we extended the house in Cork & the builder's plumber put in an Ariston Boiler - no problems to date until Saturday afternoon when it suddenly stopped working. I phoned Ariston in Dublin but in typical fashion missed their helpline by ten minutes !

    I called them this morning at 9am & they logged the call - 9.25 a Cork engineer phoned to say he'd be there in ten minutes - by 10am he'd fixed it, tidied everything back & was on the road again.

    Just thought it was great service
