My OH's mother would like to work as a midwife or nurse.. basically she wants a hospital job, but due to Poland fu.cking up negotiations with the EU, all Polish immigrants have to work a minimum of 5 years in hospitals in their own country before they are qualified to work in hospitals here. Her Mother worked for 4 years…

My OH's mother would like to work as a midwife or nurse.. basically she wants a hospital job, but due to Poland fu.cking up negotiations with the EU, all Polish immigrants have to work a minimum of 5 years in hospitals in their own country before they are qualified to work in hospitals here.
Her Mother worked for 4 years and 4 months in her Native Poland, as a result, is not able to work in hospitals here.
Her moving back to Poland to work the remainging 8 months isnt a viable option, as she has a young daughter in primary school and another daughter who is studying for her leaving cert.

So basically, Im hoping someone here can give me some good news and point us in the direction of a course or job that will help her be able to work in hospitals here, without having to uproot and go home.
