    On first glance,I woulda guessed photoshop alright...
    Looks a bit gross, if only for the teeth part. Clear plug=baaaaad idea imo, but each to their own.

    In fairness, I think most people, myself included, thought that it was a tunnel rather than a clear plug, which is why it didn't look quite right.
