Indian side dishes

    Any suggestions?

    I'm looking for any tried & tested (and favourite) side dishes. Cooking an Indian tomrw evening, want to expand my repertoire!

    Something along the lines of aloo gobi, chana masala, bombay potatoes... that kind of craic.

    Not really much help as I don't have the recipe to hand, but if you can find it I would heartily recommend Nevin Maguires aubergine and potato dhansak. Will try and post it before tomorrow for you.

    Haha, yeah, phone is acting up, it was a picture of where I'm working at the mo rather then the recipe but I'm sure that was pretty evident. Will try again in a while.
