I had BT Phone/Broadband and like everyone else was moved to Vodafone. Since moving to Vodafone, I have been charged €2.20/month extra for "service charges" which is basically call answering. I highlighted this to them last month, and they credited by account and said they removed the service from my account. However this month the charge is still there! So must contact them again.

Anyway just highlighting this. It might be worth checking your bills to make sure your not being charged this if you don't want call answering.
