Two characters stick out for me.
One is the Henry street dude with the cowboy hat and the tight denim outfit who does Michael Jackson moves in the middle of the pavement. I think people think he's a busker but he's not ,I saw him in Dunnes once and he was still dancing away listening to his little walkman.

Second charcter I havent seen around since the early noughties but it was a Chinese women who used to busk on Grafton Street in the early evening. She would be doing this floaty dance type move with rose petals. She was great,I really miss her!
