    Hi guys,

From about 2:00pm today BBand here in carrigaline completely gone. Nothing. I asked around the town so its not just me.

Also the main Supervalu here have no Lotto, connections lost.

Just wondering is this localised or elsewhere in Cork or further?

I am on at the mo with my O2 Mobile BBand.

    Cheers
    Aidan

Same here. After an hour onto Voda support I was told there's a fibre break and most exchanges from Dungarvan to Killarney are out.

Although, a neighbour has eircom broadband working tonight - go figure!

There's a fairly large Eircom outage today.
    Mostly West Ireland.
Some areas of Cork are affected.

But I'd say if it's the same by tomorrow, call & check it out.

No bank machines working either because of this. Bravo to the person that severed the cable.

I was getting the following error yesterday

    Connecting PPPoE socket: xxx
Couldn't get channel number: Transport endpoint is not connected
    Doing disconnect

But since 00:15 this morning all is well again
