more girly please :)

hiya all, advice would be great

my normal style is quite rocker, dark clothes or just jeans and runners.
Going shopping tomorrow and i want to get something girly..problem is i have no idea what to buy.
i think im pretty ok when it comes to tops and stuff, its just trousers and jeans i have the problem with.
im a size 6-8 and quite petite frame about 5'5 height.
i just dont know how to dress myself :P
going down to this fella im seeing on friday, dvd bottle of wine casual enough but id like to look nice and pretty instead of my normal dark rocker style.
i want to look more grown up.
im 21 btw.
any advice on footwear and jeans.
i feel i look stupid in dollly shoes. although im petite im not that skinny iv got some curves

I think you can be girly without losing your rockery roots.
Maybe wear more dresses etc? with leather jackets?
For footwear instead of runners maybe try plain dolly shoes or i've seen in a lot of shops such as topshop and aldo, that have rockery leather boots which can be worn with anything.
For a date you can just throw on a pair of heels and instantly look better

If you don't wanna wear dolly shoes you could try a pair of boots, perhaps like these, (that kinda style anyway. Theres gorgeous ones in River Island but cant find them)

and team them with a nice floral dress, tights and a leather jacket. Its still edgy but would be nice and girly imo.

How about a nice top and skinny jeans and some ankle boots and still keep your rocker style.
