Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

What is the best way to keep your energy levels consistent if you want to work out 3/4 times a wk. I do the whole 3 healthy meals thing, fruit, veg all that and have good fitness but I'm always knackered and just feel kinda on edge the whole time. If I eat somethin fattenin every couple of days my energy levels are way better. I don't really wanna do this as the ol' jeans don't fit so well then but I don't want to be drained the whole time either. Is there a healthier alternative. I was gonna post in nutrition but wasn't really sure so hopefully someone can give me some tips or advice. thanks

    1) Outline your diet:

    e.g.
    8am - porridge
    10am - apple
    etc

    2) What do you do during these workouts 3/4 times a week?

    3) How much sleep are you getting? Since you are posting at 00:36 then maybe not enough?

lol well spotted...well i get about 8 hrs a night but i wake up hungry a lot.
Breakfast: porridge, banana, cup of green tea
    Lunch: tuna salad sandwich, yoghurt
Dinner: Usually pasta and chicken or stir fry
    Snacks: Ryvita, fruit, nuts.
I try to run for 30-40 mins and then spend a further 10-15 mins on a bike or treadmill. I don't really feel tired when I run, just in kind of autopilot but afterwards I'll notice my energy levels fairly low. Hope that's enough info..
