Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    so i just found this and said id post it up a quick search didnt show it had been here before

    inspiring in loads of ways and discouraging in loads of ways

    its about an hour long and not much fancy production but the guy seriously changed himself over the course of filming

    check it out

    Seen that last summer,he did a fair bit of work in fairness.
    I thought it was very motivational,if a 40 year old can do it, surely we can.
