Live Music in Kildare?

    Anyone know of any of their locals around the county that do live music?

    Im talking full bands here and not Johnny Vegas on his guitar and keyboard. Thanks folks.

    In Kildare Town Lils pub is a great spot for live music, they have it every fri, sat, sun. The Goban Saor also have great lives bands. There is also The Phoenix Club which has metal music, rock music and accoustic sessions :)

    +1 re Guban Saoir (or however you spell it).

    There's a great 4 piece rock band playing there this Sunday night (Easter Sunday). They're called Medusa, usually play Dublin & midlands. They do AC/DC, Thin Lizzy, Police, Deep Purple etc. classic rock

    Been to loads of their gigs & in general that venue is very good for live music.
