NTL DHCP Issues (South Dublin)

Is anyone else having issues getting a dhcp lease on their ntl modem? Ours is timing out. Were getting a "Network Access: Denies" message on the modem too (the bill is paid ;)). On the 30mb package in Dublin 18.
