roaming no longer included in PCA+ plans and 1gb isp promo is this right?

i have heard that data usage abroad in perfect choice access plus tarrifs, and also the 1gb isp promo tariff, will no longer come out of your monthly allowance, and instead be billed as roaming, and this is to happen in the very near future is this correct? ( using live APN) can someone in vodafone check this out and…

Personally i haven't heard this, and once your using the live APN it will come from your allowance. Thats my 2 cents on it, but ask in the vodafone forum to get confirmation
