Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi, just looking for some advice. I was looking to know how important rest days are for weight training, even for someone who has been away from weight training for a while?
I'm not in a gym at the moment, but lift weights and have a bench at home. I've been lifting properly for the past 3 weeks, 3 or 4 sets of each excersise at 12/10/8 reps, it's going well so far. I alternate between upper body and lower body every second day with a complete days rest after 4 days. I do 2 cardio sessions a week and I follow a good high protein diet with some good advice on diet taken from this forum. Any thoughts or advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks
