Moving money outside EU - best method/exchange rate ?

Will probably be emigrating to Sweden soon. Will need to transfer a reasonable large sum into swedish kroner, redundancy lump sum, sale of 2 cars & small savings. I can just transfer directly from my aib current a/c to my swedish account. Just curious if anyone has a better suggestion in terms of cost/exchange rates.…
