Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi there,

I am being encouraged to go to the gym by my OH who is a 5 day a weeker at his gym, and he is super fit.

I'm not being pushed into it, just encouraged, and it is not a problem if I do or I don't, I am loved anyway. But... I would like to give it a go just to see if I like it or hate it, and then if I don't, at least I can say I tried!

But I really could not go to a mixed gym. Just me sorry, so does anyone know if there are gyms in Dublin that have ladies only times, or are exclusively for the ladies? Not possible in the OH's place, he checked, and is asking around for me.

    Many thanks.

    Thank you so much d'Oracle.

I just googled Curves and for anyone else interested here are the locations in Dublin.

    http://www.curves.co.uk/locations/results.php?country=IE&searchType=state&state=Co.%2BDublin

I'll give them a ring next week. I could be knackered the week after if I try it!!

    Anyone been there btw?

Westwood clontarf have ladies gym and are offering free trials on their website. Curves is crap for a youngish woman unless very overweight/unfit. Would you not get a instructir to come to your home and show you how to work out at home? Or maybe your partner could. Anyway you dont need much equipment or space to workout at home.
