Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I am 38. I play for 2 different soccer teams (martyr, I know), one outdoor and one indoor.
The problem is that due to recent changes in schedule I play a full 11 a-side on a wed and then 5 a -side on a thursday (could be 4 a-side or even 5 v 4:eek: ) and my body is one big ache from friday till about monday :(

The wed outdoor thing is very competitive (lots of young fit lads) and Im pretty worn out after and generally sore all over before going to the indoor on thur.

Is there anything I could do to help the aching body recover quicker (eg cold baths or hot baths).

I realise that my age is against me but any advice would be much appreciated
