Where abouts does it state what's the issue with each product?

  • Registered Users Posts: 3,724 ✭✭✭Metric Tensor

In the top right hand corner that says Buy Used: and the price.

Just down from that it says Used: Good and a hyperlink that says Details. Click on details and you'll get the description.

Alternatively if you click on the link that says "10 Used From:" it'll bring you to a list of all the used ones and a description of each.

Got a 27inch IPS this way this morning and am pure thrilled with it!

I think with Amazon Warehouse you only get 30 days warranty, and no manufactures warranty. If you return the goods you probably wont get a replacement due to the limited Warehouse stock. Amazon may honor a warranty with them but in the small print they suggest approaching the manufacture. I wonder if the £50 off is worth it.
Amazon Warehouse Deals Frequently Asked Questions
    What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Amazon Warehouse Deals is a trading name of Amazon EU Sarl, and is part of the Amazon.com group. It specialises in offering great deals on returned, warehouse-damaged, used, or refurbished products that are in good condition but do not meet Amazon.co.uk rigorous standards as "new", with all the benefits of Amazon.co.uk fulfillment and customer service. We also offer products in new and open-box condition.

    Are all purchases guaranteed?
All of our products are backed by Amazon's satisfaction guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with the product for any reason, you can return the item in accordance with Amazon's Returns Policy.

Due to the unique nature of each Amazon Warehouse Deals item, we unfortunately will be unable to replace any item.

Do products come with a warranty?
No. Used products generally do not come with a manufacturer's warranty but all of our items are backed by Amazon’s satisfaction guarantee.

If a product becomes defective after 30 days you won't be able to create a returns label using our Returns Support Centre - you'll need to Contact Us. You may wish to visit the manufacturer's website or contact them directly as they may be able to offer troubleshooting and support with the issue you have with the product. Please see Manufacturer Contact Details and After Sales Service

Obviously check the condition (use google translate for EU sites) but I think it can be worth it, cheaper than adverts with more comeback.

I think the only issue with warranty is getting your money back rather than a replacement from Amazon. Got a laptop in perfect nick from the warehouse before and was able to register it on the manufacturers site for full warranty.

In case anyone is interested enter your search terms from the main box from these links to search the select products as the regular warehouse search can show products not included in the promotion.

    Amazon UK

    Amazon France

    Amazon Germany

    Amazon Italy

    Does this still work?

I bought 6 game related items that added up to 202 sterling but when I went to the order review page before you finally press "Pay in GBR" it still said 202.

All 6 items were from the warehouse - any ideas?

They need to be from the "selected" items.

Oh okay - that makes sense - I thought it was on all Warehouse deals - thanks for your reply.

No chat here, but I'm guessing a mod will move it to chat thread.

You won't find a 470 for £150 before Christmas I don't think. Even at £175 it's still cheaper than most places. After christmas sales it should drop to that level again though.

They tell you to send a email to them first and then they probably ask to be paid through western union or some other way that is hard to track who got the money.

If anyone is feeling a little Risky this seems like a great price for a big SSD

    Crucial MX300 525 GB SATA 2.5 SSD for £111.75

Free delivery if you use a parcel motel/wizard or £10 directly to Ireland

Seller doesn't have a huge amount feedback, but it does look genuine

I'll update in the chat thread when/if it arrives

Arrived today from PW (it was delivered to PW on Thursday, so just unfortunate with the Bank Holiday).

Seems genuine, but I probably wont get to install it til the weekend

Not sure on this crowd, in their about page
We started from humble beginnings back in 1999 with a small shop in Huddersfield, UK and we’ve quickly grown to become the UKs & Ireland's largest online retailer.

Bigger than amazon apparently! They are 5.6 out of 10 on trust pilot.

They're the same company as Laptopsdirect. So trustworthy enough, but the questionable quality of the monitor is another issue!

Also where does it say it is Freesync compatible? I looked through the webpage and cannot see it unless I am blind.
