    Hi all,
Just a quick question about Mortgage Interest Relief and how PTSB apply it/deal with it.
I have a PTSB mortgage and just payed my 3rd month. My online account shows that my loan is in TRS scheme (I applied for TRS in early January) so it should all be set-up for Mortgage Interest Relief now.

My question is now - how is it applied?

Which of the following does PTSB do:
    • Take (FullAmount - Interest Relief)
    • Take FullAmount and then pay Interest Relief amount back into my Current Account.
    • Take FullAmount and then pay Interest Relief off my Mortgage.

And also, do I have a say in how they do it?

And another quick question - If i've payed month 3, do I get the Interest Relief that month (month 3) or is it applied in month 4?

Any words of wisdom would be appreciated, thanks
