Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Or at least make Setanta free.

Never a peno in the Brum/Wigan game.

    Blatant dive from Fahey.

Pat Dolan reckons there are no six-pointers, as there's only 3 points for a win. A drop from his pool of knowledge :P

He's got a point but when he's wearing a shirt like that his opinions are null and void.

Should've been a peno for Bolton. Blatant handball.

:o I liked that shirt. I've got loads of them. Would make Noel Edmonds jealous.

    Team
    Gomes
    Corluka--Daws--Bassong--Bale
    Kranjcar--palacios--Hudd---Modric
    Pav--Defoe--

Bently is injured so we're gone very narrow

The fabled 3-4-2 formation. When a team is so good they only need ten players. :pac:

I'm on holiday, and I got up at 6 am to get everything done in time for our kick-off against Spurs. I got back to my hotel, saw Anichebe on the team sheet and knew I should have slept in.

What the hell has Moyes said and done to the team that played Chelsea and United off the park to turn them into this? This could end up being 5 or 6.

Distin in the worst defender ever. I've given him time, I've forgiven him for mistake after mistake, but as I did with Jo I'm now saying enough is enough, he is not even close to good enough.

All of our players look like they're running through treacle in comparison with Spurs' pace.

I still don't understand why Anichebe, with no match practise, is on the pitch, when we have Donovan and Bily sitting on the bench.

Get Jags, Donovan and Vaughan on FFS, it's not going to save this match but at least I can watch the rest of the game without feeling complete embarrassment.

Good second half from everton but to break up our play they kept fouling any player who was breaking with the ball. Lossing Huddlestone was massive we don't have any other CM that can pass the ball.

Good that Moyes made these three subs as I wanted, and they did influence the game. The question still needs to be asked why the hell they weren't on from the start, the blame for this defeat lies solely with Moyes.

Spurs rode their luck increasingly as the game went on, and I thought we were going to do it with 20 minutes to go, but Spurs deserved their win, on the basis of them playing football in the first half.
