Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Compact Flash for a good price?

    Hey all,


    First off, I recently bought a second hand Canon EOS 20D off DK Man on here. I want to thank him for the camera and being a nice guy to deal with.

    Relatedly, I'd like to thank everyone on here who helped me with my Canon/Olympus threads that I'd been banging on about for a while and for assisting me with the threads I made asking about second hand cameras, lenses, etc.

    You guys are extremely helpful and I do thoroughly want to thank you for all of the help I've gotten since posting here.



    Anyway, with that out of the way,

    I was wondering if anyone knows where I can pick up cheap but reliable compact flash cards? The only sites I look on for photography stuff are argos, adverts and ebay.

    Argos is usually expensive and out of stock, ebay is hugely unreliable for cards in my opinion (pretty much every memory stick I've bought off it died in a few weeks, though in saying that, I'm not sure if CF is more reliable? in which case, if it generally is, then I'd be happy to buy of el Bayo) and adverts is such a yo-yo site to browse. Has every kind of product you could ever want, until, of course, you actually want one thing in particular. Then it's nowhere to be found.


    So I was wondering if you guys are aware of any other online stores where I can pick up some camera accessories (particularly the CF card) for a decent price?
