Ye were all at the boards meeting, and somebody said something to someone, slagging them off, as abit of a joke. On of ye, the hilarious one of ye, whoever that is, says "OH YOU IZ TROLLIN'" and ye all had a great ole guffaw. This is because it refers to the internet forum speak, yet is relevant in normal everyday English, given the context of the use of the phrase, and it's meaning.

Oh my god, you're right, HOW DID YOU KNOW?!?!
And Aoibheann was the butt of this joke in case someone hadn't figured it out.

Boxxy joke (don't even ask!), and an unfunny one at that.

NOBODY HERE LOOKS REMOTELY LIKE BOXXY, KTHXBAI.

I voted for two things that contradict each other I'll have you know. It's a space-time thing, only me and the world's best Physicists can understand it.

I know, I noticed that. I also understand it. It's called you trying to mess with people's minds but failing.

    Yes. It is.

Actually I was trying to say that the probability of a lack of attendance on my part was significant but still notably less than 1. However your sternly worded bullshít-calling post has led me to believe that you're probably really really mean. :(

So slightly off-topic; was out last night with a couple of friends. a few guys come over my friend knows so we're chatting away to them and one of them goes'' Are you on boards?'', turns out it was phelgms(sp?) and he recognised me. This is the third time a C+Her has recognised me on a night out haha.

More that a few of us know each other quite well at this point, drinks were had. Purely coincidental that we're C&H regulars, we also happen to be friends (I hope! :pac:). There should hopefully be some form of a C&H meetup coming up soon though, be nice to get to meet more new people! :)

this weekend isn't so good,myself,craguls,fad,a_neurotic,hotaru and I think jesus juice are going to an anime festival in the IFI.

I know that makes it sound cliquey, but this is an internet forum,of course we do nerdy stuff.

    P.S:Seriously excited for Evangelion 1.0 & 2.0

We've only had the one, which ended up in a pub due to the utter failure of any daytime stuff happening. :pac:

Well I suggest the cinema or bowling or pool, then naturally due to my problem I mean thirst I mean addiction whatever it's called, I'll be going to the pub afterwards. No doubt people will want to go there too (Seeing as how that's what happened last time).

    Anyone?

Sounds vaguely like the plan for last time, so I'm in if I'm around. :)

we could do an elders only beer,it does cut out some of the younger ones, but if you play the numbers the majority of people here are over 18 or are pygmalion and look older than most of us.

we'll end up in a pub,not something I'm recommending,it's just these things always do,they don't call them boards beers for nothing.

That'd be pretty unfair though. Sure, if nobody under 18 can make it, then we could do beers only, otherwise we really should do something that everyone can enjoy legally. :P
