    Went into today's session with a few injuries after a tough match at the weekend.
    The 290kg x 2 went up, but they were far from perfect. Horrible tbh, but was still glad to get them.
    Big thanks to COH for letting us train in Raw tonight, much appreciated.

    Another session in Raw and another PR :D
    I was worried about todays session because my knee is still very sore (i cant do a bodyweight squat without pain) but i got through it and hit a strong PR...

    Its not looking good tbh. I'm going to continue to ice it over the next few days and maybe give squatting another go over the weekend if i can. If its too sore i'll just deadlift...

    Nope, standing. It was easy enough too, definitely would have been good for a few more if i hadnt of benched first..

    So time to start logging again.
    I've competed a few times since my last update both in strongman and powerlifting,still at 90kg(just). Instead of talking about how they went i'll post the vids and you can decide yourself...

    IDFPA single lifts: Just deadlifted at this..




    IDFPA Nationals : Bombed.. The less said about what happened here the better:pac:



    90KG Strongman: Trained once for this,but it went well and i won a few events:

    Only took 2 attempts on the squat and deads and did a token bench as i have a shoulder injury...Just wanted a total to qualify for the worlds...
