I want to know word for word what it is that you spend half a minute saying to your balls before you lift!

It goes something like "please don't break my back........please don't break my back.........please don't break my back"...:P

Has your bodyweight changed much from the 85KG at the start of the log? if you dont mind me asking.
Nevermind 300 KG,but a 700 pound deadlift isnt too far away for you.
    Ungodly strong.

I hate you. Also 230 looked low enough to me at least, another inch or two probably wouldn't hurt to make it safe but seemed to be parallel. Nice you. bastard. ;)

Comments like that aren't helpful to someone who's going up against international judges at a world championship level event.

He needs at least 3 inches, probably more, to be safe. It's not close to parallel to be perfectly honest. To be sure of getting it, he needs to get the crease at his hip to where Joe's shorts stop. Even then if you get some cnut of a judge, which isn't unusual, it could go either way.

Looking strong tho dude. you cnut :D
