Personal Tri Coaches in Dublin

    I want to get a tri coach to give me a bit of advice and a training programme for the upcoming season , and was wondering if anyone knew of any coaches or places to find coaches in the Dublin area ? Cheers

    you can get a training programme off the net. beginnertriathlete have some nice generic ones. I'd also join a club before working with a coach one on one.
