I have a Concord 4600 BRE lawnmower and I need a new rear wheel for it. The place I bought it from has closed and I have searched the net to no avail. Would anyone be able to help? Thanks.

Good DIY places or engineering supply shops stock this type of wheel. Bring the old one and get a close match. Might be better to replace the pair.
