Congratulations to Conor B. on winning tonight's €60 long clock tournament. There so much play in this comp that the final table lasted around three hours and there was plenty of play heads-up between Conor and Ian (Tournament Champ for Feb) with the game finishing up around 4am. The tournament runs every Friday at 8:30pm *late reg until 9:30pm* and has a 10k starting stack and starts with 30 min blinds (it goes to 25 after the break).

    Hi Paul,

Quick question about the festival - is it the usual format where you can register each night for the first hour? Not sure if I can get out of work before 9pm on Thursday and really want to play the 100!

On the main event can you pre reg for a nominal amount (reg €30??) or is only the full amount?

    Hi pocketer,

    Thanks for your interest,
Its the usual format for the festival. You can register for the first hour after the start of every tournament.

You can pre reg with a deposit for any game to secure your seat.

Well, on a day that is all things Irish, what a way to kick off our St. Patrick's Poker Festival.
Tonight is the first of our festival side events and what an event!
Probably the best value Live Irish Poker Open Satellite anywhere in this green land of ours.
(I'm going all out Oirish here :D)

    Wed 17th Irish Open Satellite

    Start Time: 8.30pm
    Entry Fee: €50+€10
    Clock 25 min
    UL Rebuys @ €50

1 Ticket Gtd to Irish Open

You won't find a cheaper live IO sat anywhere. The price should be enough to drag any die hard Paddy Poker Player away from their Guinness.

    See you all there!

We had 10 more qualifiers yesterday for the main event on Saturday.
We'll update the list shortly. We still have another Super Satellite on Friday evening for the ME and with numbers filling up fast it would be a good chance to qualify for a fraction of the cost.

We've had a great week of increased numbers after last week's festival and the launch of the Player's Lounge upstairs - for those of you who haven't heard the lounge is open from half midnight every night; entry is €25 and includes alcoholic refreshments... the area is designed to be a space to chill and socialise rather than play but tables are opened on demand.
Last weekend we had a juicy €100 min buy-in ROE game upstairs 1-2-opt5 both games and there has been a lot of demand for NLH in the regular cash action. Nick has wants to stress these structures for No Limit Cash at the Voodoo:
0.50c/1e min €20 max €100 (or buy up to the biggest stack)
1e/2e min €50 max €250 (or buy up to the biggest stack)

Tonight's tournament is the amazingly well structured €50+10 Long Clock:
Start Time: 8:30pm (late reg until 10pm)
    Starting Chips: 10'000
Clock : 30 min before break, 25 min after that
Blinds: Start at 25/50, ante after level 4

Still time to qualify for the cash league and tournament league's next week on Wed and Fri respectively...

Friday will have the usual long clock as well as the monthly tournament Final. The top 10 tournament points earners will play out for the March title and YES the VIP Lounge will be open at Midnight.

Well done to all the players who qualified for the cash league final last night.

Everyone that qualified got paid out with the bigger payouts going to the top 8 players. The last 3 players decided to split the top 3 payouts for a total of €2850.

    Top 3 were:

    Ector Strumi
    Tom Mannion
    Andrew Corr

Tonight we have the monthly mythical tournament. Usually good fun and maybe Electra Blue will take the title this month, (she has been runner up for the last two monthly mythical tournaments.) Start time 9pm.

Our usual Thursday game goes ahead as well.

Thursday "Second Life": €25 (20+5) with one €25 rebuy
    10'000 chips on offer (5000+5000)
Players can rebuy for €25 when they have the starting stack or less until the break where they can take it regardless of their stack (as a top-up)

    Reg open from 7:30pm

Game starts at 8:30pm with late reg for the first hour.

Our new cash league started last night. So get you cash hours early. The new league will run until 30th of June, so expect a much bigger prize pool next time around.
