Chinese cooking course or Western cooking courses in Dublin

    Hi all,

    Would like to find out if there are any cooking courses in Chinese cooking available in Dublin. My wife is Chinese and enjoys cooking and is pretty good so I'd like to surprise her by booking a course for her to master the art or at least learn a few new recipes.

    If not Chinese, then I guess a Western/Irish cooking course would be fine. Maybe a 2-3 day course or even a day course would be great. Cheers.
