My first fitness log!

    Okay, first of all, I'm a 15 year old male, 5 foot 8 inches, 125lbs and wanting to get more fit and more muscular. I'm pretty new to all of this, so I'm not too familiar with all the terminology. I'm aiming to exercise for four hours a week.

    Week 1; Day 1:

    30 minutes of lifting 2kg dumbbells, 15 minutes each arm, biceps & triceps.

    30 minutes of cardio workout, jogging.

    Total: 60 minutes.

    (If anyone could give me some tips on what foods to eat, type of workouts to try I'd really appreciate it!)
