Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I think a lot of them have been closed down through the years, I was looking into it before, I think Flannan's has turned their's into a gym although the alley's have been closed in so you might be able to get a game there, wouldn't know who to ask.

this is the only 1 I could find http://www.enniscbs.com/ although I did find it amusing that google asked me if I meant "Tennis squash club" after I searched for "Ennis squash club"

The Ennis National School had courts. There are ones in the middle of Clarecastle as well. Haven't a clue if they're still open though.

The CBS in Ennis is where I play. Couple of euros for the lights to be turned on for 45 min session. You pre book the court by putting your name down on a list with time slots of 45 mins available.
Small annual memebership fee too. Good set up.

When we moved here 6 years ago my partner played squash all the time, started playing at the CBS but found that the lack of a club night or round robin set up meant that it was very hard to meet people to play against. It might have changed now but it was in no way comparible to the clubs we used to be members of in the UK where you could go and socialise with people as well as play squash.
There is a squash club as part of Limericks expensive tennis club but I know nothing about how it runs or if it is any good.

Clarecastle also have a very nice setup (or so I'm told). It is located behind the abbey hall which is across from the Church. Just pop into the Centra and ask someone to show you where it is. Not sure on their opening hours though.

Not sure how true this is but apparently loads of GAA clubs have squash courts in them. Might be worth a shot.

Most of them have changed them into gyms or knocked them to put in astro turf pitches, squash was very popular at 1 time, not anymore, there used to be a court in the golf club as well at 1 stage

In Limerick area, the only courts that I know of that are still in use are those in the Catholic Institute and in Limerick Lawn Tennis Club. In Clare, I'm fairly certain that the courts in Ennis CBS are still in use, whether there is a club there I'm not so sure.
