    How long hac it been without training DLs before you started back this last while?

    The last time I did any consistant deadlifting was in the Galway City Gym about 3 years ago. I have done the odd set here and there but I didn't really have a proper set up to do them. I just need to increase the weight very slowly instead of rushing them and imploding/exploding myself.

    I think it might be around 150. Before squatting it I had deadlifted 230 so that kinda shows how wonky my lifts are.
