100 x 40, taking as many sets as needed, didn't leave the bench

I'm curious - and I'm ok with it if a cat dies by me asking - so...how many sets?

I'd guess 6 (though I did give 5 strong consideration).

All I know is that I got an easy set of 8, then decided to do 3 every 10 seconds, so it was many many sets

Sudo Creme will work wonders on the sores you'll have after all that time on the bench :)

    Word.

    Word.

Really is amazing how the few extra pounds can make them

Going to Diet from tomorrow, will start on
    3000 calories
250 Protein, bit on high side
    100 Fat
    275 Carbs

Over next few days I will lose a good bit of weight from lack of roses/biscuits/everything. Aim is to consume as many calories as possible while still losing 1 pound per week. Once I stop losing 1 pound I will reduce carbs/fat and protein (as protein is very high).

Hope to take things more seriously this year.

I would probably get arrested if I tried rolling like this in an actual gym.

I was rolling one day and someone said "Is there a hole in the floor there?"

    Morto.

Turned out I went to school with him and he was joking. I think.

Any reason for such high reps? You hoping to gain size?

  • Registered Users Posts: 6,561 ✭✭✭JJayoo

Well at the moment the plan is to get pretty lean and then start a lean bulk for a year. Not sure my reps are that high but I do like to get a fair bit of volume in.
