I would LOVE a Moro right now.

Many times I have put two moro bars into a wrap and microwaved it.

    Starbars are also epic

Moro and Star Bars are a lot alike but different enough that you could eat one after the other and have your taste buds tantalised differently.

And apparently Moros have been used in stem cell research to revive dead taste buds.

I have to bypass a Moro outlet en route to a meeting first thing. I cannot be blamed for my choices.

    DB OHP
    20 x 10
    25 x 10
    30 x 5
    40 x 6 x 5

    BB Bench
    bar x 10
    40 x 10
    60 x 10
    80 x 5
    90 x 5
    100 x 1
    Paused
    110 x 1
    120 x 1
    130x 1
    100 x 7 touch and go

    DB Bench
    40 x 10 x 3

    One Arm Flys
    5 sets

    Some random band stuff

Training in a new environment definitely takes some getting used to, found it very difficult to get solid on the bench but this is normal when using different equipment. The OHP was disappointing but thing that was mostly due to the Back workout yesterday.

Reallllly liked storm gym, definitely my type of gym they even had the same brand of lacrosse ball as me <3 and the guy running it is very sound. Will def be gyming there again at some stage

    Moros?

  • Registered Users Posts: 6,561 ✭✭✭JJayoo

Afraid not :( went looking for them but ended up with a 6 pack of milkyways poor substitute

  • Registered Users Posts: 24,603 ✭✭✭✭Alf Veedersane

For some reason I thought you trained in several different sheds gyms.

But for most people that don't compete, the comfort of what you're used to for 95% weights is a big deal

  • Registered Users Posts: 6,561 ✭✭✭JJayoo

Ya usually I train in the shed or at the pitch. Deadlift and Bench are only possible at pitch. Sigh I would like to have a gym of my own, but I wouldn't let anyone else in it :)

Is this supposed to be a new, all-in-one exercise or should there be a comma there? :)
