    I have been using converse shoes. This may skew my original.bulk till Jan plan.

    I remember the feeling of stability and solidity underfoot being unbelievable after I switched from Cons.

    Unfortunately the switch didn't give me a 162.5kg squat...

    Best deadlift was 230 and that was about 5 years ago. The straps make a big difference.

    Also did my first 500m on the concept 2, 1:43 so will aim to lower the time ever session.
