    Stands for Band Rower Hamstring Things. Using bands to add resistance and then basically doing the opposite of what your legs do while rowing. Hams were dommy wanted to get a bit of blood in there

    Note to self: don't do these ever again, got weird hip doms

    I have had them for years but only recently started using them again. They are def solid. I just need to keep working on my mobility.
