I have decided, after watching a YouTube video, that I want to dunk a basketball.

    Candito?

  • Registered Users Posts: 6,561 ✭✭✭JJayoo

No it was a diff guy, randomly found his video. Will measure my verticle jump as soon as my arse doms finally go

  • Registered Users Posts: 6,561 ✭✭✭JJayoo

    Rows + Lat pulldown

Still have shocking arse/ham doms but tested my vertical

Standing one hand tip 20 inchea
Running two foot jump 20 inches

Brings me up to 111 inches so to touch rim just have to add 9 inches and prob 14 if I was to dunk the ball.......:/

Hoping doms and wearing wellies has hidden my true jumping prowess.

    Still alive
    Cutting
Lambing time so walking at least 10kms a day
Diet has been cleaned up but still eating a fair bit.

How long into the cut are you and how much longer you plan to cut for?

  • Registered Users Posts: 6,561 ✭✭✭JJayoo

Only 3 weeks to into it. Ideally I would be tracking cals and aiming to lose 1-1.5 pounds a week, while keeping carbs high to avoid the big sudden weight loss.

But It's a bit pointless to track cals as I am going to be doing a lot of low intensity cardio for next month.

Will cut until I'm beautiful and no longer a target for those pesky Japanese.

What weight were you starting the cut?

This time of year you're not likely to have much free time for the gym I'm sure

My weight had settled at approx 17 stone in the morning. I have an app that will tell.me.how far I walk, yesterday clocked up 17km

    Silence of the lambs?

  • Registered Users Posts: 6,561 ✭✭✭JJayoo

There pretty much all born now, and the actual lambing is the tricky part as some critters can have difficulty.

Still walking about 10km plus a day up fields

Rough plan is 1 pound per week so 13 pound weight loss from now until 1st of August. This will be a very tame cut so hopefull little muscle loss. Must be noted that my carbs are still high so the weigh I have lost so far isn't water weight.

As an aside (because the 1st page of the log opened up)....did you (a) learn French since you started and (b) did you get somewhere warm?

    Solid progress by the way!

I did neither, I decided instead to grow miserable in the rain

    Morning weight 15 stone 10

I have started doing low bar squats.

First session cut my back to bits.

Fifth session get 160, I see a squat PB in the not too distant future.
