    If you get a chance, could you let me know the process that lead up to you posting in the Helpdesk? What links you followed etc? I see you already found the parenting forum and posted there, is there any particular reason why you though tth eHelpdesk would also be an appropriate place to post? Is there any suggestion you could make to help us make it clearer what this forum is for?
